But sometimes there is no substitute for hands-on service from someone with experience, and many products need to be tested out before you can really decide if they are right for you. At SVCC we've tried to carve out our own niche and our goal is simple: to deliver unique products and services while exceeding our customer's every expectation.

...for a high-end bike rental service in Silicon Valley, a globally recognized hotbed of business activity, tourism travel, and great riding? We think so too.

Our BikeConcierge service addresses all the needs of serious cyclists who want to include cycling in their travel plans. We offer:

Road bikes from Look and Lynskey (find pictures and descriptions here)
Mountain bikes from Yeti, Specialized, Intense and Ibis
Delivery to and pickup from your hotel
Route planning based on your schedule, fitness level, and goals
All the nutritional products you need during your rides
A variety of saddles and pedals to ensure the bike meets your needs
Shimano Ultegra 10 speed, basic cyclo-computer, pump, and toolkit standard on all road bikes
Optional upgrades like GPS units, power meters, and high end race wheels

Rates

First time customers

$350 for 3 days of riding (late evening drop off/early morning pickup does not count as one of the 3 days)
$75 per day for additional days
PowerTap upgrade: $75 for initial 3 day package, $15/day thereafter
GPS/HR Monitor Upgrade - $45 for initial 3 day package, $10/day thereafter
Reynolds Carbon wheel upgrade (road bikes only) - $100 for initial 3 day package, $25/day thereafter

Return customers

$300 for 3 days
$60 per day additional days
15% off all upgrades

All BikeConcierge service/rental charges can be applied toward purchase of new equipment. Call us for more details.

Single Day Rentals

We offer single or multiple day rentals (road bikes only) at a flat daily rate if the BikeConcierge service isn't for you. The bikes are all the same but the service is not. Here are the details:

$85 per day ($75/day for return customers)
Includes helmet, pump, toolkit, pedals of your choice
Does NOT include: matching your saddle preference, delivery, nutrition products

We are very flexible about scheduling pickup/drop-off times to accomodate your travel and work schedule. There are some excellent rides that leave right from our studio if you don't want to bother taking the bike back to your hotel.
