I'm really excited to announce that I'm expanding the partnership with Integrate Performance Fitness Fitness in Mountain View, to offer bike fits at Integrate every Tuesday (bookable through the online system, as always). Those of you who've been in for a fit know that I put a lot of emphasis on mobility and off-bike conditioning work, and Integrate is widely recognized as the best functional strength training center in South Bay.
